Its an old saying old is Gold, I am quite sure everybody aggress on that and it will be always, but when it comes to modernization specifically the modern trend of marketing, everything is changing that includes each and every field each and every segment whether its FMCG FMCD or building materials. Now a days it seems the customer knows more than the seller or the dealer, I am just sharing a fact of this modern world, the customers do their homework before they are out to purchase something for themselves. Gone are the days when the sellers used to fool the customers charging extra prices and selling something odd or not acceptable things. Its happening because of the straight fact of digitalization of everything, if the customers wants to renovate the house they actually know what they need like the tiles the painting part etc and they exactly knows where to get it and how to get it because they use various apps or take the search about their requirements in google. They can search about the product take the information's needed and also they can search about the specific dealers and their locations and end up to their place dealing about that. So it is much more needed from both side to accept the fact about the changing world and the trends of marketing, if you have to sustain doing your business in this current world you got to accept these facts.
For a bigger presence the website is much more essential its like fuel for your engine, because its a psychic thing among the customers, when they able to find out something which they actually want from any website they cherish it and the website too (ie indirectly cherish the company). Website presence in this current gen is much more needed to appear big.
